Account Deletion

1. How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Through the App (Recommended)
- Open Vibe App
- Go to Settings (Profile → Gear icon)
- Tap "Account Management"
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
Option 2: Via Email
If you can't access the app, email support@vibe-ltd.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number and username. We'll process within 48 hours.
2. What Happens After Deletion
Immediate Effects
- Account is immediately deactivated — you can no longer log in
- Your profile is removed from the platform
- All active matches and chats are terminated
- Registered events are automatically cancelled
Within 30 Days
The following data is permanently deleted within 30 days:
- Personal information (name, nickname, photos, interest tags)
- Chat history and messages
- Match records and ratings
- Achievements and Vibe Coin balance
- KYC verification data
- Device info and login records
Data Retained by Law
- Transaction and payment records (tax compliance)
- Violation and report records (platform safety)
- Data related to legal proceedings
3. Important Notes
- Irreversible: Account deletion cannot be undone
- Cancel subscriptions first: Cancel via App Store / Google Play before deleting to avoid continued charges
- Vibe Coins: Remaining balance cannot be refunded
- Re-registration: You must wait 30 days after deletion before registering again with the same phone number, and previous data won't be restored
4. Alternatives
If you just need a break:
- Disable notifications: Turn off push notifications to reduce interruptions
