3. User Eligibility and Age Restrictions

4. User Responsibilities

The following conduct will result in immediate permanent account suspension and may lead to legal action:

    • Being under 18 years of age
    • Assisting minors in registering or using the Platform
    • Any form of interaction with minors
    • Posting any content involving minors
  • Illegal Activities:
    • Sex trafficking, prostitution, or sexual services
    • Drug trafficking or promoting drug use
    • Human trafficking or forced labor
    • Money laundering or other financial crimes
    • Any conduct violating local laws
  • Harassment and Violence:

    • Threats, intimidation, or bullying
    • Stalking or persistent harassment

  • Spam or mass messaging
  • Collecting or storing other users' personal data
  • Using automated tools, bots, or crawlers
  • Attempting to disrupt, hack, or interfere with system operations
  • Circumventing or cracking security measures
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property rights

5.3 Content Moderation

  • User reporting mechanism

5.4 Violation Consequences

Consequences for violating these terms include but are not limited to:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Reporting to law enforcement

6. Paid Services

  • Paid subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel

  • You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us usage rights

If you decide to meet with a match, please follow these safety recommendations:

  • Choose public places to meet
  • Inform friends or family of your plans
  • Stay sober and watch your drinks
  • Trust your instincts and leave immediately if you feel uncomfortable
  • Don't share too much personal information (address, workplace, etc.)
  • Use in-app chat features and avoid exchanging private contact information too early

8.3 Privacy and Data Protection
