Vibe is committed to building a safe, respectful, and inclusive nightlife social platform. Every user shares the responsibility of maintaining community quality.
1. Authentic Identity
- Use real photos as your avatar — no stolen photos or AI-generated images
- Fill in your profile honestly without exaggeration
- Complete KYC identity verification
- One account per person only
2. Respect Others
- Respect everyone's gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, and cultural background
- No harassment, threats, insults, or discriminatory messages
- Respect boundaries — when someone isn't interested, gracefully step back
- Don't stalk or repeatedly contact users who have blocked you
- Maintain a friendly and polite attitude at events
3. Safe Behavior
- No illegal activities on the platform
- No promoting or selling drugs or prohibited substances
- No sex trafficking or sexual services of any kind
- Don't share others' private information
- No scams or commercial solicitation
- Don't encourage excessive drinking or dangerous behavior
4. Content Standards
Prohibited Content
- Pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content
- Violent, graphic, or disturbing images/videos
- Hate speech, racial discrimination, or bullying
- Any inappropriate content involving minors
- Self-harm or suicide-related content
- Spam or repetitive advertising
5. Event Etiquette
- Show up on time for events you've signed up for
- Cancel in advance if you can't attend
- Be friendly and open-minded at events
- Respect venue rules and staff
- Drink responsibly — never pressure others to drink
- Give honest, fair ratings after events
6. Enforcement
Violations result in:
- Minor: Warning notice
- Moderate: Feature restrictions (7-30 days)
- Severe: Permanent account suspension
- Illegal: Permanent ban + report to law enforcement
Zero-tolerance (immediate permanent ban): Minors using the platform, sexual harassment, drug trafficking, human trafficking, CSAM, threats to personal safety.
7. Reporting
Report violations via:
- In-app: Tap the report button on any profile or message
- Email: support@vibe-ltd.com
All reports are processed within 24 hours. Reporter identity is kept confidential.
